Shipping
We will ship orders via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to keep our shipping rates low. We can also ship via UPS and FedEx. Rates for Postal Service and other methods of expedited shipping are available upon request. For International orders, or orders going to Alaska or Hawaii, please e-mail us with your list of items you wish to purchase. We will then obtain shipping cost estimates for your approval. You can then place your order at that time and a separate invoice for the cost of the shipping will be issued.

Delivery Time
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow seven business days, depending on the shipping destination, for in-stock non-custom items. However, orders may take up to fourteen days for delivery. For an additional charge, items may be shipped via expedited service. Please contact us at the numbers listed above for expedited shipping options and charges.
Please note that custom orders may take up to six to eight weeks. These are hand-made custom garments, made to personally fit your pet, so please allow for this extra shipping time.

Guarantee & Return Policy
The comfort and happiness of our clients is of the utmost importance to us. If the size of an item is incorrect, we will replace it with the correct size if it is in stock. If not, a store credit will be issued. Please note the following important information regarding exchanges and returns. We will promptly exchange any item or issue store credit (excluding shipping and handling charges) when you return the item within 15 days of receipt. The item must be in the original, brand-new, unused condition with all tags still attached. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges for the shipment of the new item. Exchanges or returns won't be accepted after the 15-day period. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at Deni@DeniAlexanderDesigns.com within the 15 day grace period and tell us if you prefer an exchange or a store credit. Then repack your item in its original, brand-new, tags still attached condition, and ship your item prepaid to the following address:
